Tips for wearers

Here are some useful tips for HERZ contact lenses wearers:

• Hygiene is essential. Before putting on or removing your lenses, wash your hands thoroughly. Clean and rinse the lenses before application. Do not use tap water.
• When wearing contact lenses, use cosmetics and hair sprays with caution: they can cause discomfort and irritation to the eyes.
• Contact lenses with UV protection are not a substitute for sunglasses. Continue to wear your sunglasses if you are exposed to UV rays.
• Always use CE marked products for the maintenance and storage of your lenses. Never use expired products or products that have exceeded the limit indicated for their use after the first opening.
• Don’t use contact lenses when you sleep.
• Avoid using contact lenses in dusty places, in presence of vapors and fumes, or when swimming.
  
• Never leave your contact lenses exposed to sunlight or heat sources.
